Account security
Written by the SMMFollows support team. Updated 2026-11-01.
Your balance is money. These are the habits that keep it yours, based on the account problems we actually see in tickets.
Password
- Use a password you don't use anywhere else. Most account takeovers start with a password leaked from another site.
- Change it from your account page if you ever typed it on a site that wasn't smmfollows.com.
API key
The key places orders with your balance. Keep it out of shared documents, screenshots and public code, and reset it when someone who had it no longer should.
What we will never ask
- Your password, in a ticket, an email or a chat.
- Payment to a personal wallet, a Telegram or WhatsApp contact, or a bank account "to unlock" something.
- A screenshot of your card.
Support happens in tickets on smmfollows.com and by email from contact@smmfollows.com. Anyone contacting you from somewhere else and claiming to be SMMFollows isn't.
If you see orders you didn't place
- Reset your API key.
- Change your password.
- Open a ticket with the order IDs. We'll check where they came from.
Child panel admins
If you gave someone admin access to your child panel, remember that the provider settings there contain your API key. Remove their access, or ask us to limit the second admin account to the pages they need.
Didn't find what you needed? Open a ticket from your account and include the order ID if there is one. We reply around the clock.
