Drip-feed
Written by the SMMFollows support team. Updated 2026-11-01.
Drip-feed splits an order into several deliveries with a pause between them, so the growth on a page looks gradual instead of arriving in one block.
How to set it
- On the New order form, pick a service that supports drip-feed (the option appears under the quantity when it does).
- Enable Drip-feed.
- Quantity is the amount delivered in each run.
- Runs is how many times that amount is delivered.
- Interval is the number of minutes between runs.
Example: quantity 200, runs 10, interval 60 delivers 200 units every hour for ten hours, 2,000 in total. The total charge is quantity × runs at the service rate.
Following a drip-feed order
Drip-feed orders have their own page, Drip-feed in the left menu, which shows the runs completed so far and the next one due. Each run also appears on the Orders page as it is created.
When to use it
- Views and likes on a post you want to keep rising over a day or two.
- Followers on an account that is growing organically, to keep the curve smooth.
Don't use it to work around a service maximum; the limit applies per run.
